What’s In The Package?

Medical First Aid KitsAs in what’s in my package when I order first aid kits or supplies. Sounds like a question with an obvious answer especially if you do this all day every day. This post is for our valued customers and you might just ask, what’s in the package?

The first thing you can expect when you place your order at First Aid Supplies Online is that you get the first aid kit or supplies you ordered. That goes without saying. Getting the order right is only the first step. Once the order is pulled it then has to be placed in a box of the appropriate size and packed carefully so that everything you ordered arrives in great shape. This is no small task.

At First Aid Supplies Online we have been fulfilling our customers’ online orders for 14 years and shipping them out via numerous freight carriers. In those 14 years we have learned how important the package becomes when it is handled by many different hands in as many different places and conditions.

Some of our products, like the bandages and tablets are all light weight and fairly easy to package for long distance travel. There are many other that are heavy, bulky or have strange shapes. It is not uncommon for our customers to order some from all three types and then we have a real shipping challenge. The good news is that we’ve done this before and when your order arrives you won’t find your Band-Aid boxes crushed by the weight of the eyewash or instant ice packs. There really is no substitute for experience. Because we know the products, the boxes, the packaging material and the various shippers we can get your order to you in excellent condition. Combine our experience with our passion to exceed your expectations and you have a winning combination that is hard to find.

So to answer the question, what’s in the package?

Simply stated, your order. Do you care that is was packed with deliberate caution by enthusiastic people that have a passion for excellence delivered to your door with pride in excellent condition? You probably never think about it but you have come to expect it. You should expect nothing less.
